PosyPrivacy Policy

Posy (“the app,” “we,” “us”) is made by Cozy Club Creative LLC. Posy helps partners and co-parents share the mental load — capturing tasks, splitting them, and sending small notes and gifts of gratitude. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account information — your email address and the display name you choose. If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive the basic identifiers those services provide to complete sign-in.
- Content you create — the tasks, notes, categories, due dates, gratitude messages, and gifts you add or send within the app, and any photo or screenshot you capture to turn into to-dos.
- Your connection — the shared space you create or join, and who your connected partner is.
- Notifications — if you enable push notifications, a device token used only to deliver them.
How we use your information
- To provide the app: syncing your tasks, notes, and gifts between you and your connected partner.
- To send notifications you have chosen to receive.
- To respond to support requests and keep the app secure and working.
What your partner can see
Posy is built for two people to share. Content you add to a shared space — tasks, gratitude notes, and gifts — is visible to the partner connected to that space. Please only share what you’re comfortable with them seeing.
How your information is stored
Your data is stored using Supabase, a third-party hosting and database provider that processes data on our behalf under its own security practices. We use reasonable measures to protect your information, though no method of storage is completely secure.
AI features
Some of Posy’s features use AI to save you effort. When you use the brain-dump box, or capture a photo or screenshot to turn into to-dos, the text or image you submit is sent — through our secure server — to Anthropic (the maker of Claude) to organize it into to-do items, which are then returned to you. We send only what’s needed for that feature, and Anthropic processes it as our service provider to provide the result. If you’d prefer not to use AI, you can always add and organize your tasks manually.
We do not sell your data
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your content to serve advertising.
Keeping and deleting your data
You can delete your account at any time from Settings in the app. Deleting your account removes your personal information and the content associated with it, except where we are required to retain limited records by law.
Children
Posy is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Your choices
You may access, correct, or delete your information through the app, or by contacting us. You can turn notifications on or off at any time in your device settings.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the effective date above and, for significant changes, let you know in the app.
