Welcome to Posy, an app made by Cozy Club Creative LLC (“we,” “us”). By creating an account or using Posy, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.
What Posy is
Posy is a personal app that helps two connected people — partners or co-parents — share household and family responsibilities and express appreciation for each other. It is for personal, non-commercial use.
Your account
You’re responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding agreement where you live (and at least 13).
Your content
The tasks, notes, and gifts you create are yours. You grant us only the permission needed to operate the app — to store your content and display it to you and the partner you’ve connected with. We don’t claim ownership of it and we don’t sell it.
Connecting with a partner
Posy lets you invite another person into a shared space. You’re responsible for who you invite. Anything you add to a shared space may be visible to your connected partner, so share thoughtfully.
Acceptable use
Please use Posy respectfully. Don’t use it to harass, abuse, or harm another person, to share unlawful content, or to interfere with or misuse the app or its security.
Ending your use
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or end access to accounts that violate these Terms or that we must restrict to protect people or comply with the law.
The app is provided “as is”
We work hard to make Posy reliable, but it’s provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or that content will never be lost. Please keep your own record of anything important.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Cozy Club Creative LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Posy. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that can’t be limited under applicable law.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the effective date above and, for significant changes, let you know in the app. Continuing to use Posy means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
